Hardware Requirements

The essential hardware that Violet needs to function is described in this document. This also implies that Violet will work on any machine that has these attributes.

  • Processor: aarch64 (64-bit ARM, recommended) or amd64 (x86_64) processor
  • Memory: to be determined
  • Storage: at least 16 GB
  • Network: Ethernet or Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Input Devices: Keyboard and mouse (or other pointing devices), touchscreen support is optional but recommended for devices with touch capabilities
